At Collate, we accept exchanges within 14 calendar days from invoice date, taking note of the following: That all original tags, packaging and garment bags are intact for item(s) due for returning.
- Exchange item(s) must be unworn and unwashed.
- In the original condition as received.
- Returned in the original Collate delivery bag / box.
- Complete the exchange form (which is also the invoice). Please indicate the new product Name, Size and Color you'd like to exchange to.
- Check that the product has the original tags and is placed in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
- The product is in your care until it reaches us! Do place the product back into the same flyer bag which was delivered to you and seal it as securely as possible.
- Please address the parcel to: COLLATE 970 Toa Payoh North #05-05, Singapore 318992
